Do you hold the required licences?
Yes. IronSights holds NSW Master Security Licence 000109187. All physical security work is performed or supervised by licenced security technicians in compliance with state and territory requirements. You can verify the licence directly on the Service NSW website.
Do you only work in New South Wales?
We hold a NSW Master Security Licence but work with businesses nationally. Licensing requirements vary by state. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm the scope of work available.
What's included in the site assessment?
We walk your site, assess camera placement, door controller positions, cabling routes, and network infrastructure. We design the system around your actual environment — not a generic floorplan. The assessment is included in every engagement at no additional charge.
Can you integrate with our existing IT systems?
Yes. UniFi Protect and Access run on the same platform as UniFi networking equipment. If you're already running UniFi switches, APs, or routers, the cameras and access controllers integrate natively. For other environments, we assess compatibility at the site assessment stage.
